采棉机水平摘锭在淬火过程中所产生的热应力对水平摘锭的力学性能有很大影响,对水平摘锭进行淬火过程热力耦合仿真分析可以为水平摘锭的国产化提供理论基础和技术支持。本研究结合热传导理论、弹性力学变分原理及热应力理论,综合考虑了20CrMnTi钢热物性参数的非线性问题以及对流换热的影响条件,通过ABAQUS软件对水平摘锭淬火过程进行了瞬态热力耦合数值模拟。研究结果直观反应了淬火过程中水平摘锭的温度场随时间变化的分布情况以及应力应变的危险区域。本研究对水平摘锭的热处理工艺的优化具有很重要的指导意义。
The thermal stress generated during the pick-spreader horizontal spindles during quenching has a great influence on the mechanical properties of horizontal spindles.
