目的:了解大兴区市售食用菌铅、汞、镉的污染状况。方法:按照GB/T5009-2003对样品进行前处理并测定。结果:2010年-2011年共监测85件样品,铅的合格率为97.6%,镉的合格率为87.1%,汞的合格率为95.4%。结论:大兴区市售食用菌中铅、镉、汞均存在不同程度的污染,需加强监测。
Objective: To understand the pollution status of edible fungus lead, mercury and cadmium in Daxing District. Methods: According to GB / T5009-2003 sample pretreatment and determination. Results: A total of 85 samples were monitored during 2010-2011. The pass rate of lead was 97.6%, that of cadmium was 87.1%, and that of mercury was 95.4%. Conclusion: Lead, cadmium and mercury in the edible fungi in Daxing District are all contaminated to different degrees, so monitoring needs to be strengthened.
