自1973年发生世界能源危机以来,国外不少科研、设计和设备制造部门以及生产矿山,在如何节约能源、降低成本方面,做了大量的工作,也取得了不少成效。本文从国外冶金矿山的能源结构和采矿工业的能耗分析入手,指出露天矿主要从运输方面节约能源,而坑内矿的节能重点则是压气和通风。文中论述的各种节能途径和措施,主要是在国外冶金矿山已经生产实践或即将推广采用的。对于某些尚在研究探索的节能途径,本文均未涉及。
Since the world energy crisis in 1973, many scientific research, design and equipment manufacturing departments abroad and the production of mines have done a great deal of work on how to save energy and cut costs. Many achievements have been made. Starting from the energy structure of foreign metallurgical mines and the energy consumption analysis of the mining industry, this paper points out that the open-pit mines mainly save energy from transportation, while the key points of energy conservation in pits are pressure and ventilation. The various energy-saving ways and measures discussed in this paper are mainly applied in overseas metallurgical mines or are about to be popularized. For some of the energy-saving approaches that are still under study and exploration, we have not covered this article.
