队员身心特征:四年级是少先队员身心发展的活跃时期,是其思维、品德发展的关键阶段。他们有强烈的交往需求,交往对象、领域、内容较三年级队员有所拓展。他们的情感体验较丰富,联想能力增强,求知欲更强烈,喜欢思索与探究,具有一定的创新精神和实践能力。他们对集体有了一定的认同感,开始自觉参与集体活动,比三年级队员更具组织性。他们自我意识明显发展,能悦纳自我,克服困难能力增强,能够正确对待学习、生活中的挫折。
