阜新泡子农场自一九五二年秋季建场、一九五三年开始生产以来,由于他们正确地贯彻执行了中央关于办好国营农场的方针,领导作风深入,能够依靠职工办好农场;特别是从一九五三年建场生产的开始就推行了定额管理和计件工资制度,经营管理水平不断提高。三年来都做到了生产有利。一九五五年虽有些灾害,粮食产量仍高于当地农民,并获利9,900元(该场土地面积仅203公顷)。这篇文章生动具体地反映了他们三年来实行计件工资、改善经营管理的情况和经验;同时,也有利也说明了他们三年来在推行计件工资工作上是有成绩的。目前他们虽还是畜力农具农场,但是他们的经营管理工作是先进的,值得全国国营农场学习。
