胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合力是子午线轮胎的关键技术之一,不仅要求在常温静态下有良好的粘合力,而且在动态、高温、潮湿老化后仍要能保持良好的粘合力。影响胶料与钢丝帘线粘合水平的配方因素很多,主要与增粘剂的选用、促进剂的品种、氧化锌和硬脂酸的用量、填充补强体系、使用的硫黄、软化剂用量、使用防焦剂等有关。本文研究粘合增进剂新葵酸钴在全钢子午胎胎体胶中的应用,并对胎体胶配方进行优化。

In this paper, the application of cobalt cobosilate, an adhesion promoter, in all-steel radial tire carcass was studied, and the carcass gel formulation was optimized.
