四川铜镍公司拉拉铜矿是中国100家最大采选企业之一,矿党委狠抓领导班子素质的建设,全矿两级班子成员由原来的69人减少为49人,逐步形成了一支精干、高效的领导干部队伍。1995年以来,矿级党政班子两次获得凉山州委“四好班子”称号,企业也多次被评为四川省“先进企业”、凉山州“创利税明星企业”。矿党委在工作中深深体会到,要建设一个好的领导班子和一支过硬的干部队伍,要选好、用好、管好干部,必须建立一套行之有效的运行机制。
Sichuan Copper & Nickel Company Lala Copper Mine is one of the 100 largest mining enterprises in China. The coal mine party committees pay close attention to the construction of the quality of the leading group. The total membership of the two-level coal mine team has been reduced from 69 to 49, and gradually formed a Capable and efficient leading cadre team. Since 1995, the mine-level party and government teams have twice won the title of “Four Bears” of Liangshan Prefecture Committee. The enterprises have also been repeatedly awarded the “Advanced Enterprise” in Sichuan Province and the “Star Tax-profit Enterprise” in Liangshan Prefecture. In the course of their work, the coal mine party committee deeply understands that to build a good leadership team and an excellent contingent of cadres, it is necessary to establish a set of effective operational mechanisms for selecting, using and managing cadres.
