研究新疆药桑水溶性多糖的抗氧化性能。采用热水浸提、乙醇沉淀的方法,从药桑中提取多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。采用超氧阴离子自由基、二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH.)及羟基自由基,对药桑多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明,药桑多糖对超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH.自由基及羟基自由基具有一定的体外抗氧化性能,在一定试验浓度范围内,随着多糖浓度的增大,其抗氧化活性逐渐增强。
Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Water-soluble Polysaccharides from Xinjiang Pistacia. Using hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method, the polysaccharides were extracted from the medicinal mulberry and the content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The superoxide anion radical, dibenzoyl picric acid radical (DPPH) and hydroxyl radical were used to study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides. The results showed that polysaccharides had some antioxidant activity in vitro against superoxide anion radical, DPPH · radical and hydroxyl radical. Within a certain experimental concentration range, the antioxidant activity gradually increased with the increase of polysaccharide concentration .
