1970年2月冶金部、一机部在天津召开了屈服强度40～60公斤/毫米~2级普通低合金钢自动焊丝及电渣焊丝定型会议。会上,经生产、使用、试制等有关单位讨论通过,定型了H08MnMoA,H08Mn2MoA,H08Mn_2MoVA,H10Mn_2MoA,H10Mn_2MoVA五种牌号的焊丝,制定出这五种焊丝的技术标准(试行)。几年来,这五种牌号的焊丝,已在上钢一、二、三厂、天津钢厂、北京特钢生产了七十多吨。兰石、哈锅、上锅、武锅及锦西化工机械厂等制造厂采用了这些焊丝,焊接
