0.前言现代高层建筑是向更高、体型更复杂、结构形式更多样、功能更齐全、综合性更强的方向发展。然而在设计中,由于结构下部楼层受力较大,上部楼层受力较少,正常布置时是下部刚度大,墙多柱网密,到上部渐渐减少墙,柱扩大轴线间距。为满足建筑物的功能要求,实现结构布置,必须在结构变换的楼层设置转换层,转换层大致有梁式、桁架式、空腹桁架式、箱形和板式等。本文根据多年的施工实践,着重介绍结构转换层的施工方法及其质量控制。
0. Foreword Modern high-rise buildings are oriented towards higher, more complex body shapes, more structural forms, more complete functions, and more comprehensive development. However, in the design, due to the greater force of the lower floor of the structure, the upper floor is under less stress. In the normal layout, the lower floor is stiff, the walls are dense with multiple columns, and the wall is gradually reduced to the upper part, and the column expands the axial distance. In order to meet the functional requirements of the building and achieve structural layout, a conversion layer must be provided on the floor where the structure is transformed. The conversion layer is roughly a beam type, a truss type, an empty truss type, a box type, and a panel type. Based on many years of construction practice, this article focuses on the construction method and quality control of the structural conversion layer.
