目的:建立HPLC法同时测定痰热清注射液中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Waters Symmery C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(25:75),检测波长:280 nm,流速:0.8 ml·min。结果:黄芩苷、连翘苷分别在1.97~9.86μg(r=0.999 7)和0.23~1.37μg(r=0.999 7)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率分别为97.22%、97.75%,RSD分别为1.45%、3.23%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简单、快速、准确,可用于痰热清注射液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and forsythin in Tanreqing Injection. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Waters Symmery C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid (25:75). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 ml · min. Results: Baicalin and forsythin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 1.97 ~ 9.86μg (r = 0.999 7) and 0.23 ~ 1.37μg (r = 0.999 7), respectively. The recoveries of baicalin and forsythin were 97.22 %, 97.75%, RSD respectively 1.45%, 3.23% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Tanreqing injection.
