目的 :研究“健脑复方”对缺氧缺血性脑病胆碱酯酶活性的影响 ,探讨其作用机理。方法 :对健康 3~ 4周龄 SD大鼠以双侧颈总动脉夹闭 3 0 min,并再灌注 7d,造成急、慢性脑缺血大鼠模型 ,以“健脑复方”分高、中、低剂量灌胃给药测定其脑胆碱酯酶活性 ,并与脑复康进行对照。结果 :“健脑复方”对两种脑缺血所致胆碱酯酶活性下降均有拮抗作用 ;其功效与脑复康相似。结论 :“健脑复方”可用于早老性痴呆和脑缺血性痴呆
Objective : To study the effect of “Jiannao Compound” on the activity of cholinesterase in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: Healthy rats aged 3 to 4 weeks were bilaterally occluded on the common carotid artery for 30 min and then reperfusioned for 7 days. This resulted in a rat model of acute and chronic cerebral ischemia. The brain cholinesterase activity was measured by low-dose intragastric administration and compared with Naofukang. Results: “Jiannao compound formula” has antagonistic effect on the decline of cholinesterase activity caused by two types of cerebral ischemia. Its efficacy is similar to that of cerebral rehabilitate. Conclusion: “Jiannao compound” can be used for Alzheimer’s disease and cerebral ischemic dementia.
