患者,女,34岁,于1978年12月7日始皮肤搔痒,逐日加重至全身奇痒难眠。14日因第3胎妊娠34周行产科检查发现身黄,黄疸指数40单位,凡登伯试验直接立即反应,胆红质4.5毫克％,谷丙转氨酶218单位(改良穆氏法),尿胆红质阳性。22日收住产科。妊娠36周顺产2公斤体重之男婴。产后宫缩良好,出血约50毫升。23日黄疸指数50单位,胆红质5.5毫克％,谷丙转氨酶104单位。25日以“肝炎”转入传染科。患者1973年第一胎妊娠33周时曾有皮肤奇痒,黄疸症状,但未介意,足月顺产一男婴,产后1周上述症状消失,第2胎无类似病史。两个孩子均健在。体检:体温、脉搏、呼吸、血
