《民法学1:总论、物权法》内容基础而抽象,是整个民法学的基础。为达到有效教学,教师以学生为中心来设计教学过程,根据不同的课程、教学内容、教学对象、教学环境与设备等,选择并创新使用开放式情景探究教学法。该方法的使用可以有效提高学生学习的主动性,增强师生互动合作,完成学以致用教学目标,但也存在材料选择困难、系统协调不足等问题。
“Civil Law 1: General Theory, Property Law,” based on the content and abstract, is the basis of the entire civil law. In order to achieve effective teaching, teachers design the teaching process with students as the center, and select and innovate the open situation inquiry teaching method according to different courses, teaching contents, teaching objects, teaching environment and equipment. The use of this method can effectively improve the students’ learning initiative, enhance the cooperation between teachers and students, and accomplish the teaching goal. However, there are also some problems such as material selection difficulties and system coordination problems.
