分析了高频、窄脉冲电流电解加工过程的物理、化学特性及对加工结果的影响,进行了高频、窄脉冲电流电解加工模具试验。表明高频、窄脉冲电流能显著改善电解成形过程的理、化特性,较大幅度地提高成形精度及改善表面质量,在精密模具加工中开辟了新的应用前景。
The physical and chemical properties of high-frequency and narrow-pulse current electrolysis processes and their effects on the processing results were analyzed. The mold experiments of high-frequency and narrow-pulse current electrolysis machining were carried out. The results show that the high frequency and narrow pulse current can significantly improve the physical and chemical properties of the electrolytic forming process, greatly improve the forming accuracy and improve the surface quality, opening up a new application prospect in precision mold processing.
