一、前言涂漆覆盖层施工简便、成本低廉,是防止金属腐蚀最为普遍和重要的方法。铁路部门桥梁、车辆及电气化铁塔等钢构物,主要用涂漆的方法来保护。本文采用CRM涂装金属测试装置,对于不同涂装系统的涂漆钢板,测试其腐蚀电流、腐蚀电位和极化电阻,阴极和阳极极化曲线,从而获得各涂装系统对涂漆钢板的保护效果。同时,结合天然曝晒、盐水喷雾等试验,验证CRM测试方法的正确性。并对各涂装系统内铜板含氢量进行了测定,从而对涂装系统造成氢脆的影响进行了初步探讨。

The hydrogen content of copper in each coating system was measured, and the influence of hydrogen embrittlement on the coating system was discussed.
