采用控制变量的方法,变换焊接时间(20~180 ms),对差厚的H220YD-Z100/DP590GA先进高强钢电阻点焊质量进行研究。通过对各试样进行检测分析与对比,得到合适的焊接时间范围,从中选取一组参数验证其稳定性。结果表明:熔核区组织受热影响发生转变,接头失效形式为纽扣形;其工艺能够克服焊接分流、电网波动等的影响,连续焊接出熔核尺寸合格、表面整洁的高质量焊点。
The method of control variables was used to change the welding time (20 ~ 180 ms) to study the quality of H220YD-Z100 / DP590GA advanced high strength steel resistance spot welding with difference thickness. By testing the analysis and comparison of each sample to get the appropriate welding time range, select a set of parameters to verify its stability. The results show that the microstructure of the nugget zone is transformed by the influence of heat, and the failure mode of the joint is button-shaped. The welding process can overcome the influence of welding splitting and power grid fluctuation, and continuously weld high-quality welding spots with nugget size and clean surface.
