采用β—内酰胺酶试验和苯吐西林药敏试验,对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)分类。根据21种抗生素的体外抗菌试验得出:产β—内酰胶酶的分离珠中耐甲氧西林(MRSA)的耐药性远较甲氧西林敏感株(MSSA)强,不产β—内酰胺酶的MSSA对大多数抗生素敏感.未分离到不产β—内酰胺酶的MRSA。此外三类金葡菌在各种感染部位的不同分离率亦可作为临床用药的参考。
The clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) were classified by β-lactamase test and benzothiclin susceptibility test. According to the in vitro antibacterial test of 21 kinds of antibiotics, the resistance of methicillin-resistant (MRSA) isolates producing β -lactamase was much stronger than that of methicillin sensitive strain (MSSA) Amidase MSSA is sensitive to most antibiotics. No β-lactamase-producing MRSA was not isolated. In addition, three kinds of Staphylococcus aureus in a variety of different parts of the infection rate can also be used as a reference for clinical use.
