①目的探讨反复呼吸道感染(RIR)病儿红细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的变化。②方法检测了30例RIR病儿红细胞免疫和体液免疫功能(IgG,IgM,IgA,补体C3)的变化,并与52例健康儿童进行了对照。③结果RIR病儿红细胞C3b受体花环率(RCR)明显降低,循环免疫复合物(CIC)阳性率明显增高,与对照组相比差异有显著性(t=11.423,χ2=65.99,P<0.01),而红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RICR)与对照组相比差异无显著意义(t=0.720,P>0.05)。病儿红细胞促中性细胞吞噬补体调理的酵母菌作用减弱(t=8.166,13.700,P<0.001)。同时,病儿血清IgA,IgG,补体C3含量较对照组明显降低(t=6.756~8.276,P<0.01)。RCR与IgA,IgG和补体C3含量呈正相关(r=0.412~0.497,P<0.001)。④结论红细胞免疫和体液免疫参与了RIR发病,且其变化与病情严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of erythrocyte and humoral immunity in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RIR). Methods The changes of erythrocytic and humoral immunity (IgG, IgM, IgA, complement C3) in 30 children with RIR were detected and compared with 52 healthy children. Results The RBC value of C3b receptor in RIR children was significantly decreased, the positive rate of CIC was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 11.423, χ2 = 65.99 , P <0.01). There was no significant difference in RICR between control group and erythrocyte immune complex (t = 0.720, P> 0.05). Erythrocyte pro-neutrophil phagocytosis complement regulation of the role of yeast weakened (t = 8.166, 13.700, P <0.001). At the same time, serum IgA, IgG and complement C3 levels in sick children were significantly lower than those in control group (t = 6.756-8.276, P <0.01). RCR and IgA, IgG and complement C3 was positively correlated (r = 0.412 ~ 0.497, P <0.001). ④ Conclusion RBC immunity and humoral immunity are involved in the pathogenesis of RIR, and its changes are related to the severity of the disease.
