猫抓病(Cat Scratch disease)我们曾遇到1例,竟误诊为恶性淋巴瘤,特报告如下: 患者,女,48岁,住院号214805。因发热伴全身淋巴结肿大10天,于1983年9月21日由内科收治入院。体温多在37.8～38.8℃间,入院当日39.5℃。发病来即予链霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素治疗,疗效不显.入院检查两侧颌下淋巴结肿大似胡桃样各一,左锁骨上触及一黄豆大淋巴结,左腋下、右颈部、两侧腹股
