选择15个中国主要香菇栽培品种,应用现代分子生物学技术,扩增获得了DNA指纹图谱,在此基础上估算了品种间的DNA相似系数并构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果显示,15个香菇栽培品种之间均有遗传上的差异,但差异程度不同,其中一些品种之间具有相当高的遗传相关性,推断它们是同源的不同组织分离物。
Fifteen major mushroom cultivars in China were selected and DNA fingerprinting was amplified by using modern molecular biology techniques. DNA similarity coefficients between cultivars were estimated and a genetic-related cluster map was constructed. The results showed that there were genetic differences among the 15 mushroom cultivars, but with different degrees of differentiation. Some of them had a high genetic correlation, suggesting that they were homologous to different tissue isolates.
