本文作以30钢为例,,研究了碳钢过热预淬马氏体非平衡组织的粗大晶粒及粗断口在随后热处理时的遗传规律。研究表明,30钢的奥氏体粗晶于慢速加热时也能得到遗传,但在中速,快速甚至超快速加热时原粗晶均得到细化。研究还表明碳钢中不存在断口遗传。最后讨论了碳钢出现晶粒遗传的原因。
In this paper, taking 30 steel as an example, the genetic law of the coarse grains and the coarse fracture of the unbalanced martensite in carbon steel overheated martensite after heat treatment was studied. The results show that the austenite coarse grains of 30 steel can be inherited at slow heating, but the original coarse grains are refined at medium speed, fast and even ultra-fast heating. The study also showed that there is no fracture in carbon steel inheritance. Finally, the reasons for the occurrence of grain inheritance in carbon steel are discussed.
