水玻璃锌酸盐镀锌是一种镀锌新工艺。该镀液性能稳定,镀层质量优良,可与氰化物镀液媲美。本文用动电位极化曲线法,循环伏安法以及极谱等方法对水玻璃碱性镀锌原理进行了定性和半定量的研究。实验结果表明:锌在水玻璃碱性液中电沉积的电活性粒子仍然是Zn(oH)_2、Zn(oH)_3~-,而且电沉积反应受电化学步骤和前置转化步骤共同控制。水玻璃增大镀液的阴极极化作用是由于锌能与硅结合成混合配体络合物的缘故。
Water glass zincate zinc is a new galvanizing process. The bath performance is stable, good quality coating, with cyanide bath comparable. In this paper, potentiodynamic polarization curve method, cyclic voltammetry and polarography and other methods of water glass alkaline zinc plating qualitative and semi-quantitative research. The experimental results show that Zn (oH) _2 and Zn (oH) _3 ~ - are still the electroactive particles of zinc electrodeposited in sodium silicate solution and the electrodeposition reaction is controlled by both electrochemical and preconversion steps. The role of water glass in increasing the cathodic polarization of the bath is due to the combination of zinc and silicon into a complex ligand complex.
