眼球后退综合征（Ｄｕａｎｅｒｅｔｒａｃｔｉｏｎｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＤＲＳ）是一种先天性眼球运动障碍性疾病，其确切病因不明。１９０５年Ｄｕａｎｅ首次对该病作过详细描述。临床上易将此病误诊为一般眼外肌麻痹病。现将我们用手术治疗的２例报告如下。１　临床资料例１　 Recession syndrome (Duaneretractionyndrome, DRS) is a congenital eye movement disorder, the exact etiology.
