目的:观察芍药甘草汤提取物芍甘多苷对大鼠CCl4慢性肝损伤(肝纤维化)的作用。方法:大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物水飞蓟素组和芍甘多苷3个剂量组,大鼠背部皮下注射CCl4造成慢性肝损伤(肝纤维化)模型,观察血清氨基转移酶、肝组织羟脯氨酸及肝脏组织病理学改变。结果:芍甘多苷灌胃给药对大鼠CCl4慢性肝损伤(肝纤维化)具有显著降低转氨酶、减轻肝损伤组织病理改变作用,对肝脏内羟脯氨酸含量也有一定降低作用。结论:芍甘多苷可明显抑制CCl4慢性肝损伤大鼠肝组织纤维化程度,可通过抑制肝内胶原纤维增生,阻止肝纤维化及肝硬化进程。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction Shaoyitang glycosides on CCl4-induced chronic liver injury (liver fibrosis) in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, model control group, positive drug silymarin group and shaoganoside group. CCl4 was injected into the back of rats subcutaneously to induce chronic liver injury (liver fibrosis) model. Serum aminotransferase , Liver hydroxyproline and liver histopathological changes. Results: Ganshao polyglucoside intragastric administration of CCl4 in rats with chronic liver injury (hepatic fibrosis) significantly reduced transaminase, reduce liver injury histopathological changes, the content of hydroxyproline in the liver also have a role in reducing. CONCLUSION: Shaoginseng glycosides can significantly inhibit hepatic fibrosis in rats with CCl4-induced chronic liver injury, and can inhibit hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis by inhibiting intrahepatic collagen fibrosis.
