目的 观察雌激素和胆酸负荷对未孕大鼠肝胆功能及有关激素水平的影响。方法 将 37只近交系Wistar大鼠随机分为三组 ,试验Ⅰ组肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇 (溶于丙三醇 ) ,试验Ⅱ组静脉注入游离胆酸 ,对照组肌肉注射丙三醇。所有动物于胆汁收集前后采血 ,分离血浆。测定血浆与胆汁中总胆酸 (TBA)、甘氨胆酸 (CG)、总胆红素 (TBil)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天冬酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、γ 谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)、总胆固醇 (TC)、雌二醇 (E2 )等肝胆功能指标及激素水平 ,并作统计分析。结果 雌激素注射后大鼠胆汁分泌量显著减少和胆流速度显著减慢。雌激素试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比 ,胆汁收集前血浆中GGT、E2 显著升高 ,TC显著下降。胆汁收集后血浆中ALP、GGT、E2 显著升高 ,TC显著下降。胆汁中TBil、ALP、GGT、TC较对照组显著升高 ,TBA显著下降。试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比 ,胆汁收集前血浆中GC、TC、ALP显著升高 ,T1Bil、E2 、ALT、AST显著下降。胆汁收集后血浆中GC、ALP显著升高 ,ALT、TBil显著下降。胆汁中GC、ALP、GGT显著升高 ,TBil显著下降。胆酸注入组较E2 注射组胆汁中TBA、GC显著升高 ,TBil、ALP、TC显著下降。结论 雌激素可降低胆汁分泌功能 ,引起肝内淤胆 ,但不直接损伤肝细胞。雌激素可导致胆固醇?
Objective To observe the effects of estrogen and bile acid load on the hepatobiliary function and hormone levels in unvaccinated rats. Methods Thirty-seven inbred Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: experimental group Ⅰ intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate (dissolved in glycerol), experimental group Ⅱ intravenous injection of free cholic acid, control group intramuscular injection of glycerol . All animals collected blood before and after bile collection and isolated plasma. The contents of TBA, CG, TBil, ALT, AST, ALP ), GGT, TC, E2 and other indicators of liver and gallbladder and hormone levels, and for statistical analysis. Results Estrogen injection significantly reduced bile secretion and biliary flow significantly slowed down. Compared with the control group, the levels of GGT and E2 in the estrogen test group before the bile collection increased significantly, and the TC decreased significantly. After bile collection plasma ALP, GGT, E2 increased significantly, TC decreased significantly. Bile TBil, ALP, GGT, TC significantly higher than the control group, TBA decreased significantly. Compared with the control group, the levels of GC, TC, ALP and TlBil, E2, ALT and AST in the plasma before test group Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in the control group Ⅱ. Bile collection of plasma GC, ALP increased significantly, ALT, TBil decreased significantly. Bile GC, ALP, GGT significantly increased, TBil decreased significantly. Compared with E2 injection group, the levels of TBA and GC in bile in the bile acid injection group were significantly increased, while TBil, ALP and TC were significantly decreased. Conclusion Estrogen can reduce the secretion of bile, causing intrahepatic cholestasis, but not directly damage the liver cells. Estrogen can lead to cholesterol?
