“创新”这个词语在图书馆读者服务中一直以来都在谈论着,亘古不衰,那么今天我们就再来讨论一下如何创新。可以说图书馆是大学的命脉,是学校精神的守护神,一所大学若没有图书馆就如一个人没有心脏一样,它是集资源、智慧、服务于一体,是民族文化的传播中心,如今图书馆面对着从资源、服务、设备、经费到职员馆舍的诸多变革,要使图书馆立于不败之林,就要改变读者服务质量,用新时代的思维经营图书馆事业,本文将对读者服务创新的问题简单进行讨论。
The term “innovation” has always been talked about in the library reader service, everlasting, so today we will discuss how to innovate again. Can be said that the library is the lifeblood of the University, is the patron saint of the school spirit, a university without a library as if a person without a heart, it is a collection of resources, wisdom and service in one, is the center of national culture, now Libraries face many changes from resources, services, equipment and funds to staff quarters. If libraries are to remain in an undefeated forest, they must change the service quality of their readers and run the library business in a new era of thinking. The reader service innovation will be briefly discussed.
