机体对有毒化学物质的反应和机体本身的营养状态有密切关系。关于蛋白质和化学物质毒性的关系进行过很多的研究,本文就蛋白质对多氯联苯(PCB)毒性的影响用大白鼠进行了研究,结果如下: 1.配制三种饲料,使蛋白质的含量分别为10%、20%和30%。在投与0.1%的PCB55天后,用含蛋白质10%的饲料喂养的大鼠体重增加很少,而摄取含蛋白质20%和30%饲料的大鼠体重明显增加。但在饲料蛋白质为20%和30%的两个实验组间,体重的增加没有显著性差异。 2.PCB所引起的肝肿大受饲料中蛋白质含量的影响,用含蛋白质高的饲料喂养的大鼠肝肿大的程度要明显地轻。
The body’s response to toxic chemicals and the body’s own nutritional status are closely related. Many studies have been conducted on the relationship between the toxicity of protein and chemical substances. In this paper, the effects of protein on the PCB toxicity were studied in rats. The results are as follows: 1. Three kinds of feed were formulated so that the protein content 10%, 20% and 30%. Rats fed diets containing 10% protein had little body weight gain after a 0.1% PCB administration for 55 days, while rats taking 20% and 30% protein supplements gained significantly more weight. However, there was no significant difference in body weight gain between the two experimental groups with 20% and 30% feed protein. 2. The hepatomegaly caused by the PCB is affected by the protein content in the feed, and the extent of hepatomegaly in the rats fed with the protein-rich feed is significantly lighter.
