多发性寻常疣并不少见,但多发性寻常疣伴发大疱性类天疱疮国内尚未见报道,现将我们所见1例报告如下: 周某某,男,73岁,工人,1990年9月入院. 主诉:四肢多发性丘疹半年,伴全身多处水疱,痒,已10天. 患者半年来,四肢出现扁平丘疹,渐增大,增多,密集分布,有瘙痒感.在外院诊断为“多发性寻常疣”,多次治疗未见明显效果.入院前10天,四肢、腹部、腰部、腹股沟等处出现大量水疱,有痒感.体检:一般情况良好,系统检查未见异常.四肢可见 Multiple vulvar warts is not uncommon, but the common warts associated with bullous pemphigoid have not been reported in China, we now see a report as follows: Zhou Moumou, male, 73 years old, workers, 1990 September admission.
