在我国电气化铁路供电系统中,国内生产的高压隔离负荷开关存在着体积大、安装不便、开合状态不直观、技术水平低、性能状态不稳定等问题,由此引发的故障给铁路运输带来很大影响。国外同类产品技术性能高、运行可靠,但产品价格高,造成使用成本增加。上述原因制约着隔离负荷开关在我国电气化铁路供电系统中的广泛应用。针对我国高压隔离负荷开关的应用现状和存在的问题,北京首铁科技工程公司与北京供电段等单位合作,在借鉴和吸收国外技术的基础上,研制开发了FZW-27.5kV真空隔离负荷开关。目前,该装置已通过机械工业高压电器产品质量检测中心的检测。

In view of the application status and existing problems of high voltage isolation load switch in our country, Beijing First Rail Science and Technology Engineering Company cooperated with Beijing Power Supply Section and other units to develop FZW-27.5kV vacuum isolation load switch based on the reference of foreign technology. At present, the device has passed the detection of mechanical industrial high-voltage electrical product quality testing center.
