为提高根瘤菌剂的使用效果,改进接种技术,将溶化的阿拉伯树胶与菌剂混合,再与碳酸钙拌和,制成球化种子,可提高根瘤菌的接种回收率(见《上海农业科技》1982年第2期)。此后,我们又进一步对球化种子作抗逆性试验,结果如下: 一、试验方法 (一)耐干旱试验:用抗链霉素硫酸盐的紫云英根瘤菌菌株S_(52)接种制成球化种子,以等量菌液拌菌的种子为对照,分别与经过灭菌的水分为田间持水量5%、21%和41%的土壤拌和,装瓶密封,以防水分蒸发,于26℃保存,在0、2、7、11和14天后测定每粒种子上的活菌数。测定方法:取球化种
