目的补肾复方对去势大鼠体重及瘦素(LP)的影响。方法将雌性育龄期大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、去势组。去势组将去势成功大鼠随机分为模型组、倍美力组、补肾复方组。正常组、假手术组、模型组:每日生理盐水灌胃;倍美力组:以62.5μg/100g倍美力灌胃;补肾复方组:按成人用量的15倍灌胃。连续给药12周。观察一般情况,特别是体重;计算Lee’s指数;酶免法检测血清LP水平。结果去势手术前,假手术组、正常组及去势组大鼠体重无明显差异(P>0.05),去势手术4周后,与假手术组和正常组比较,去势组大鼠体重显著增加(P<0.05);给药前,与假手术组、正常组比较,模型组大鼠体重明显增加(P<0.05),与模型组比较,补肾复方组大鼠体重无明显差异(P>0.05)。给药1~12周,与假手术组、正常组比较,模型组大鼠体重均明显增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,给药5周前,补肾复方组大鼠体重无明显差异(P>0.05);给药第5周后,补肾复方组大鼠体重明显减少(P<0.05)。与假手术组、正常组比较,模型组大鼠Lee’s指数及血清LP水平明显增高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,补肾复方组大鼠Lee’s指数及血清LP水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论补肾复方可延缓去势大鼠体重增长、降低血清LP水平。
Effect of Bushen Recipe on Body Weight and Leptin (LP) in Ovariectomized Rats. Methods Female reproductive age rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group and castration group. The castration group will be castrated successfully rats were randomly divided into model group, Beimei Li group, Bushen compound group. Normal group, sham operation group, model group: daily saline gavage; Beometrid group: 62.5μg / 100g times the Mei Luli gavage; Bushen Compound group: according to the amount of 15 times the adult gavage. Continuous administration for 12 weeks. Observe the general situation, especially body weight; calculate Lee’s index; enzyme immunoassay to detect serum LP levels. Results Before sham operation, there was no significant difference in body weight among sham operation group, normal group and castrated group (P> 0.05). After 4 weeks of castration operation, compared with sham operation group and normal group, body weight (P <0.05). Compared with the sham group and the normal group, the body weight of the rats in the model group increased significantly (P <0.05) before treatment, compared with the model group, there was no significant difference in body weight > 0.05). Compared with sham group and normal group, body weight in model group increased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with model group, there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P> 0.05). After 5 weeks of administration, the body weight of rats in Bushen Compound group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the sham group and the normal group, the Lee’s index and the serum LP level in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the Lee’s index and the serum LP level in the Bushen Compound group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) . Conclusion Bushen compound can delay weight gain in ovariectomized rats and decrease serum LP levels.
