Objective: Based on the routine treatment of patients with TIA, community intervention was conducted to evaluate the impact of community interventions in preventing TIA. Methods: From December 2008 to December 2010, 120 TIA subjects collected from Xinhua Community and Caohe Yuhe Community Health Service Center in Qingyang District of Chengdu were randomly divided into community intervention group (intervention group) Non-community intervention group (control group), each 60 cases. On the basis of conventional TIA treatment, the intervention group conducted community interventions (health education, lifestyle guidance and formal treatment); the control group did not make any intervention in community and kept the original living habits and treatment unchanged. Results: ① After 6 months, the intervention group was superior to the control group in controlling blood pressure (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in controlling blood glucose, blood lipid and ECG between the control group and the 2h after meal (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the intervention group can significantly reduce the frequency of TIA (P <0.05), but in the duration of TIA episode There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: TIA patients intervened through community-based interventions that have good prospects for controlling blood pressure in TIA patients, reducing the number of TIA episodes, reducing the incidence of TIA and stroke, reducing medical costs and alleviating the burden on patients and society And promote the value.
