目的:了解随县乡(镇)级从事公共卫生服务工作人力资源现况,为公共卫生策略提供依据。方法:根据湖北省人民政府《关于加快推进基层医疗卫生机构人事分配制度改革的通知》精神,以2011年随县辖区各乡(镇)卫生院公共卫生科从事公共卫生服务工作竞聘上岗人员为基准,进行统计调查。结果:98万余人的随县乡(镇)级公共卫生科人员187人,占全县医务人员总数的6.93%,占总人口数的1.91/万;乡(镇)级公共卫生科人员平均年龄42.94岁;40岁组段占39.57%,30岁组段占29.95%,20岁组段占6.95%,但50岁以上占23.53%;男女之比为1.28∶1;中专学历占62.57%。大专占4.81%,高中占27.27%,初中占5.35%;无职称占13.7%;医士占9.63%,医师占46.52%,主管医师占30.48%;工作年限≤9年组段占9.09%,10年占35.29%,20年占26.74%,30年占25.67%,40年占4.21%。结论:随县乡(镇)级公共卫生科人员与公共卫生服务不相适应,有待加强和提高。
Objective: To understand the status quo of human resources for public health service in Suixian County (town) level and to provide basis for public health strategy. Methods: According to the “Notice on Accelerating the Reform of Personnel Allocation System in Primary Health Care Institutions” of Hubei Provincial People’s Government, taking 2011 as a benchmark for engaging in posts of public health service in the public health department of township hospitals in townships , Conduct a survey. Results: There were 187 people in Suixian township (town) level public health department, accounting for 6.93% of the total number of medical staff in the county, accounting for 1.91 / million of the total population; the average of township (town) level public health department staff The age of 42.94 years; 40-year-old group of 39.57%, 30-year-old group of 29.95%, 20-year-old group of 6.95%, but over the age of 50 accounted for 23.53%; male to female ratio was 1.28:1; secondary education accounted for 62.57% . College accounted for 4.81%, high school accounted for 27.27%, junior high school accounted for 5.35%; no title accounted for 13.7%; physician accounted for 9.63%, physicians accounted for 46.52%, physicians accounted for 30.48%; years of work ≤ 9 years group accounted for 9.09%, 10 years Accounting for 35.29%, accounting for 26.74% in 20 years, 25.67% in 30 years and 4.21% in 40 years. Conclusion: With the county (township) level public health department personnel and public health services do not meet, need to be strengthened and improved.
