HA7210是Harris半导体公司生产的集成低功耗晶体振荡器。其典型应用电路原理如附图所示。若在第②脚、第③脚之间接不同规格的晶振元件,即可以产生10kHz～10MHz的各种方波信号。
HA7210 is Harris Semiconductor’s integrated low-power crystal oscillator. The typical application circuit principle as shown in the figure. If the first 2 feet, the first 3 feet between the different specifications of crystal components, which can produce a variety of 10kHz ~ 10MHz square wave signal.
