First, the scientific concept of professional development of teachers Science teachers to become educators and researchers, must have substantial professionalism. Therefore, attaching importance to cultivating and developing the professional qualifications of science teachers has become an important direction of teacher education reform and development, and also an important practical issue in the process of training science teachers. From the trend of contemporary teacher education development, many countries, especially the developed countries, have formulated action plans to promote and safeguard the cultivation and enhancement of teachers’ professional accomplishments.
