江州造船厂遵循“按需要培训,学用结合,灵活多样,讲究实效”的原则,搞好职工队伍的技术培训,去年共开设各类培训学习班48个,参训人数2157人次,计划实现率达85%。江州造船厂针对本厂人数多、工种多、层次多的特点,他们一是抓了班组长的培训。去年他们在二个月时间内分别在总厂和分厂二片举办了二期班组长培训班,使39名班组长较好的掌握了班组管理工作的基础知识。二是完成了高级电焊工培训班的理论培训任
