【目的】研究霜冻后甘蔗品质性状变化特点及形态受害与品质变化间的关系,为选育耐寒品种提供科学依据。【方法】选用国内主要育种机构近年来选育的19个甘蔗新品种(系)及目前我国蔗区大面积种植的耐寒性较差的ROC22,在广西霜冻易发地区桂林雁山进行耐寒试验。【结果】试验期间试验地霜冻危害程度较低,甘蔗形态受害表现为危害较轻的一级,但霜冻后的甘蔗品质性状明显受到影响,甘蔗蔗糖分和理论产糖量分别下降了9.09%和10.31%,且出现两个下降低谷。进一步分析表明,霜冻后的甘蔗形态受害表现与品质的受害表现不存在相关。【结论】在轻霜冻条件下,宜在形态评价基础上用霜冻后第2~4周的理论产糖量高低进行甘蔗耐寒评价。
【Objective】 The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of sugar cane quality traits and morphological damage and quality changes after frost, and provide a scientific basis for breeding cold-tolerant varieties. 【Method】 A total of 19 new sugarcane varieties (lines) selected in recent years by major breeding institutions in China and ROC22 with poor cold tolerance grown in large areas in China were selected to test their cold tolerance in Yanshan, Guilin, Guangxi. 【Result】 The results showed that the degree of frost damage was low during the experiment, and the damage of sugarcane morphology was a less harmful one. However, the quality traits of sugar cane were obviously affected, the sucrose content and theoretical sugar content decreased by 9.09% and 10.31%, with two declines. Further analysis showed that the post-frost damage on sugarcane morphology did not correlate with the quality of victimization. 【Conclusion】 Under the condition of light frost, the evaluation of cold tolerance of sugarcane should be based on the morphological evaluation based on the theoretical yield of sugar from the 2nd to 4th week after frost.
