目的：评价穿透性角膜移植与白内障摘除及人工晶体植入同期手术的疗效及优点。方法：对５例角膜白斑并发白内障者，于角膜移植同一植孔开放式摘除白内障并植入后房型人工晶体。结果：角膜移植片４例透明，１例半透明。视力均有不同程度的改善和提高。结论：上述三联手术同期联合进行，是治疗角膜白斑并发白内障的有效方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and advantages of penetrating keratoplasty and cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods: In 5 cases of corneal leukoplakia with cataract, corneal transplantation in the same implant open cataract extraction and implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens. Results: Four cases of corneal graft were transparent and one case of translucent. Visual acuity improved and improved in varying degrees. Conclusion: The above three joint surgery in conjunction over the same period, is an effective method of treatment of corneal leukoplakia with cataract.
