香稻苏香粳3号因其具有天然浓郁的香味深受消费者欢迎,采取适当的农艺措施保持或者提高该品种的香味具有重要作用。以苏香粳3号为试验材料,研究播种期、收获期、生长调节剂(锌及含锌微肥)和加工过程中的白度调节等不同农艺措施对苏香粳3号中2-AP含量的影响,结果表明:LSE-1、硫酸锌和稀土铈3种生长调节剂均能显著提高2-AP的含量,其中LSE-1效果最好。采用直播方式种植的香稻中2-AP含量高于机栽和人工移栽的,精米机白度调节3档或者3.5档的香稻中2-AP含量显著高于其他处理。5月底到6月初播种处理的苏香粳3号中2-AP含量显著高于其他时期播种的处理,综合香味保持和实际生产2个因素考虑,最佳的播种期为5月25—30日,最佳收获期在9月25日前后,但不能过10月,否则香味损失严重。本研究为制定苏香粳3号的适宜保香栽培方法,以及该品种的推广种植和优质栽培提供了理论依据和技术指导。
Aromatic rice Suganjing 3 is popular with consumers because of its natural rich flavor. It is very important to adopt appropriate agronomic measures to maintain or enhance the variety’s aroma. Using Suxiangjing 3 as test material, the effects of different agronomic measures, such as sowing date, harvest period, growth regulators (zinc and zinc-containing trace fertilizers) and whiteness regulation during processing, The results showed that LSE-1, zinc sulfate and rare earth cerium could significantly increase the content of 2-AP, of which LSE-1 had the best effect. The content of 2-AP in fragrant rice planted by direct seeding was higher than that in planted and transplanted rice, and the content of 2-AP in fragrant rice with grade 3 or 3.5 of polished rice machine was significantly higher than that of other treatments. The content of 2-AP in Suxiangjing No.3 sown from the end of May to the beginning of June was significantly higher than that of sowing in the other periods. Considering the two factors of keeping the scent and actual production, the best seeding period was May 25-30 , The best harvest in the September 25 before and after, but not in October, or serious loss of flavor. This study provides the theoretical basis and technical guidance for the development of Su Xiangjing 3 suitable for keeping the fragrant culture method, as well as the popularization and cultivation of the variety.
