男女的生长状况有两个交叉点:第一阶段在小学五、六年级,女生发育得比男生快。进入初中,到了第二阶段,男生开始发育得较快。尤其女孩子来月经后,身体脂肪较多,如果不运动,身体的耐力、肌力、协调性等,与男生差异更大。如果平时少动,再加上在乎身体形象,不敢多吃,很多年轻女性不可避免地形成了体重不重,但肌肉少、脂肪多,到中、老年,面临超重的危机。所以,惟有运动可以让女人留住更多青春,风采更迷人。
