连锁企业的性质,决定了迪信通对每一次并购之后的IT系统整合,都是绝对强势且标准化的。 2007年对北京迪信通商贸有限公司(以下简称“迪信通”)来说是迅速扩张的一年,在不到一年的时间内,迪信通实现对重点地区手机连锁市场的绝对垄断。2007年6月1日,迪信通成功收购上海协亨手机连锁在北京的18家门店,加上迪信通原有的95家门店,迪信通在北京的门店数量达到113家,直逼当时北京手机连锁老大中复电讯116家门店。
The nature of the chain of businesses determines that DiComcom is absolutely strong and standardized after each merger of IT systems. 2007 is a year of rapid expansion for Beijing Dixon Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dixon Communication”). In less than one year, Dixon achieved the absolute monopoly on the handset chain market in major regions. On June 1, 2007, DiComcom successfully acquired 18 stores of Shanghai Xieheng mobile phone chain in Beijing, plus the original 95 stores of DiComcom, the number of DiComcom’s stores in Beijing reached 113, almost equal to the time Beijing mobile phone chain boss Complex telecommunications 116 stores.
