目的 观察胎脑提取液对低龄和高龄小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 低龄和高龄小鼠腹腔注射 5倍稀释的胎脑提取液 0 .1 ml(7.5× 1 0 - 4 ml/ g体重 ) ,连续 7d。研究采用穿梭箱实验法。结果 胎脑提取液对低龄鼠的学习能力无明显提高 ,但有改善学习能力的趋势 ;胎脑提取液能显著提高高龄鼠的学习能力 ,表现为 SNCR增高 ,CL降低 ;Cerebrolysin无论对低龄鼠还是高龄鼠组的学习能力的改善均不明显。结论 胎脑提取液改善高龄小鼠学习记忆能力的趋势明显优于 Cerebrolysin
Objective To observe the effects of fetal brain extract on learning and memory in young and old mice. Methods Older and older mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.1 ml (7.5 × 10 4 ml / g body weight) 5-fold diluted fetal brain extract for 7 days. Study using shuttle box experiment. Results Fetal brain extracts showed no significant improvement in learning ability in young mice, but there was a tendency to improve learning ability. Fetal brain extract could significantly improve the learning ability of old mice, showing increased SNCR and CL decreased. Cerebrolysin, The learning ability of the aging rats was not obvious. Conclusion The tendency of fetal brain extract to improve learning and memory ability of aged mice is obviously better than that of Cerebrolysin
