１９８３～１９９５年间，我院手术治疗１７例肺硬化性血管瘤，皆为女性，年龄２７～６８岁（平均４７岁），１７例中６例无症状，１１例有呼吸系统或胸痛等症状，瘤体直径最大６．０ｃｍ，最小０．５ｃｍ。ＣＴ片显示瘤体呈光滑、界清的胸膜下结节，其特点为阴影内有分界清晰的高、低两种密度区。术前嵎派溲д镂尾苛夹灾孜锏墓玻保操觯崩悸俏不匝芰觯怖荒艹舛裥灾琢觯忱喾⒒颊哒镂巫屏觥Ｍ饪剖质醴绞接兄孜镓喑酰蠢⑿ㄐ吻谐酰蠢⒎我肚谐酰估Ｊ鹾髰随诊１个月～１２年，无１例复发。
From 1983 to 1995, 17 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangiomas were surgically treated in our hospital. All were female, aged 27-68 years (average 47 years old). Six of 17 cases were asymptomatic, and 11 cases had symptoms of respiratory system or chest pain. The largest diameter of the tumor is 6.0cm and the minimum is 0.5cm. The CT film showed a smooth, clear subpleural nodule in the tumor, characterized by high density and low density in the shadow.
