目的观察高速涡轮牙钻磨裂沟法拔除下颌阻生第3磨牙的手术效果。方法 300例接受下颌阻生第3磨牙拔除手术的患者随机分为试验组与对照组各150例,试验组采用高速涡轮牙钻磨裂沟法,对照组传统锤凿劈冠法拔除下颌阻生第3磨牙。记录手术时间、术后疼痛程度、面部肿胀程度、张口受限程度、术后出血和干槽症发生率并进行组间比较。结果试验组手术时间、术后疼痛评分明显少于传统组,术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用高速涡轮牙钻磨裂沟法拔除下颌阻生第3磨牙较传统锤凿劈冠法手术时间短、术后并发症较少,其手术效果更佳。
Objective To observe the surgical results of removal of mandibular impacted third molars with high-speed turbine tooth burr and cleft furrow method. Methods A total of 300 patients undergoing mandibular impaction of the third molars were randomly divided into test group and control group, 150 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with high-speed turbine dental drill-grinding and cleavage furrow method 3rd molars. The operation time, degree of postoperative pain, degree of facial swelling, limited mouth opening degree, incidence of postoperative bleeding and dry socket were recorded and compared between groups. Results The operation time and postoperative pain score of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the traditional group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The operation of removing the mandibular impacted third molars with high-speed turbine tooth-burr and cleavage furrow method is shorter than that of traditional hammer chiseling and split-crown surgery with less postoperative complications.
