通过对 5年来 2 0 5篇相关文献的归纳论证 ,了解国内前期研究对我国农村三级网防保功能难以落实机制模型的认同状况 ,分析显示国内研究者对于模型思路有比较清楚认识 ,对各模块一般问题有相当比例论及 ,但对模块相互关系和整体模型缺乏论证 Through the inductive demonstration of the 20-year related literature over the past 5 years, we understand that domestic pre-researches have identified the status of China’s rural three-tier network prevention and defense function as being difficult to implement the mechanism model, and the analysis shows that domestic researchers have a clearer understanding of the model ideas. There is a considerable proportion of general questions about modules, but there is a lack of demonstration of module interrelationships and overall models.
