全国铸造学会铸钢及熔炼学组于1983年8月19～24日在昆明召开了“铸钢新材料、新工艺及生产节能学术会议”,共有89名代表参加了会议。大会和小组宣读论文各14篇,交流资料27篇。会议期间上汽与沪东造船厂的代表在昆明重机厂表演了常温自硬树脂砂新工艺,贵州3257厂展览了用树脂砂生产铸钢件的实样。代表们对树脂砂毛坯件光洁的表面质量与尺寸精度表示了极大的兴趣。会议论文内容广泛且丰富,涉及铸钢的熔炼、造型工艺;新材料的开发与研制;铸钢中稀土的应用与节能技术等领域。现将讨论的几个主要方面分述如下。
The Foundry Institute of Foundry Steel and Smelting Group held the “Steel Casting New Materials, New Technology and Energy Saving Conference” in Kunming from August 19 to August 19, 1983 with a total of 89 delegates attending the meeting. The conference and the group read 14 papers each and exchange 27 materials. During the meeting, representatives of SAIC and Hudong Shipyard performed a new process of self-hardening resin sand at room temperature in Kunming Heavy Machinery Factory. Guizhou 3257 Factory exhibited a real sample of steel castings made of resin sand. The delegates expressed great interest in the clean surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the resinous blank. Conference papers are extensive and rich, involving casting smelting, modeling process; new material development and research and development; rare earth steel casting and energy-saving technologies and other fields. The main points that will be discussed are summarized below.
