在仪器仪表工业中,金属零件结构的多样化和复杂性以及所用材料品种之多,常常超过其他机械行业。随着科学技术的发展,对零件结构的创新特别敏感,精度要求也更高。我厂经多年工艺理论和应用研究以及生产实践,试验成功以回转式为主的电火花精密加工新技术,工艺指标提高到微米数量级和▽9~▽11的先进水平,实现了许多种过去难以解决的复杂类型工件的精密加工,技术经济效果很好。本文重点介绍新方法的目前状况,技术特点与应用成果。
