长期以来,国内外关于区域性海平面变化的分析研究,几乎都是在假设全球平均海平面不变动的前提条件下进行的。然而,海平面不仅有区域性相对升降,也有全球性绝对变动,并且前者是在后者变动背景上发生的。显然,在局部或区域性平均海平面变化的分析研究中,完全无视全球性海平面变动在局部海区海平面变化中的可能贡献,势必给有关研究结果的精度造成一定的影响。
For a long time, the analysis of regional sea-level changes both at home and abroad has almost always been carried out under the assumption that global average sea level does not fluctuate. However, there is not only a relative regional rise and fall of sea level, but also an absolute global change, and the former takes place in the latter’s changing context. Obviously, in analyzing and analyzing local or regional average sea-level changes, completely ignoring the possible contributions of global sea-level changes in the sea-level changes in the partial sea areas will certainly have an impact on the accuracy of the relevant research results.
