研究15例神经系统自身免疫疾病急性期的泪液细胞学,其中重症肌无力5例,急性脊髓炎4例,多发性肌炎2例,急性感染性多发性神经炎2例,多发性硬化1例,视神经脊髓炎1例,并以9例正常人泪液的细胞学作对照。结果表明,实验组泪液细胞阳性率明显高于对照组(P=0.01),粒细胞和淋巴细胞反应两组间差异有显著性,(P=0.0006,P=0.014),单核细胞两组间无明显差异(P=0.05)。实验组泪液中有激活淋巴细胞、大淋巴样细胞、浆细胞、激活的单核样细胞,并有明显的粒细胞反应。提示:病毒感染引起的粘膜免疫反应可能是导致神经系统自身免疫病理过程的重要原因。
Study of 15 cases of neurological autoimmune diseases in acute phase of tear cytology, including 5 cases of myasthenia gravis, 4 cases of acute myelitis, polymyositis in 2 cases, 2 cases of acute infectious polyneuritis, multiple sclerosis in 1 case , Optic neuromyelitis in 1 case, and 9 cases of normal human tear cytology as a control. The results showed that the positive rates of lacrimal fluid cells in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P = 0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the response of granulocytes and lymphocytes (P = 0.0006, P = 0.014) Monocytes showed no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.05). Experimental group tear lymphocyte activation, large lymphoid cells, plasma cells, activated monocyte-like cells, and significant granulocyte reaction. Tip: mucosal immune response caused by viral infection may be the leading cause of nervous system autoimmune pathological process of the important reasons.
